Terms in plain English

Agreemint is a trading name of Threshold 0 Pty Ltd, a South African registered entity. The registered address is 7 Bergh Rd, Stellenbosch, South Africa. The current launch route provides business tools, agreement frameworks, and a discovery-call handoff; it does not take payment. Agreemint is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not promise a particular commercial or legal result. Review and adapt materials independently before relying on them.

1. What Agreemint provides

Supplier and contact. Agreemint is a trading name of Threshold 0 Pty Ltd, a South African registered entity. The registered address is 7 Bergh Rd, Stellenbosch, South Africa. Paul Kruger is the Information Officer and can be contacted at paul@agreemint.dev. The company registration number is 2026/426760/07. Before any paid electronic transaction is accepted, the checkout flow will also display the final supplier particulars, product, price, taxes or other charges, delivery/access terms, payment method, refund terms, and acceptance steps.

Agreemint provides digital tools, questionnaires, templates, checklists, educational material, and optional conversations intended to help digital service providers structure scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, payment timing, and delivery communication.

Features, prices, delivery timing, and included materials may change as the service develops. A custom inquiry or calendar booking is a request for a conversation, not an assurance that Agreemint will accept or complete a particular engagement.

Until a paid checkout is activated, submitting an enquiry or booking a call does not create a paid order or a contract for legal, drafting, implementation, or other professional services. Before any paid product is offered, the checkout flow will identify the supplier, product, price, taxes or other charges, delivery/access terms, payment method, refund terms, and the steps for correcting input errors and accepting the contract.

3. Your responsibilities

By using Agreemint, you agree that you will:

  • provide information that you are permitted to use and that is reasonably accurate;
  • customize and review any material for your own parties, facts, jurisdiction, and risk;
  • protect any downloaded or shared files and avoid entering sensitive information into the builder unless you accept the storage and sharing risks; and
  • use the service lawfully and not copy, resell, abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt it.

You remain responsible for your agreements, communications, decisions, and relationships with clients or other counterparties.

4. No promise about outcomes

Agreemint does not promise that any material will prevent a dispute, secure payment, make a counterparty agree, satisfy a regulator or court, or produce a particular business result. We also do not promise that material is complete, current for every jurisdiction, or suitable for your specific situation.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

5. Payment and refund policy

Paystack is the intended payment processor for a later launch phase. Account authorisation, live payment credentials, server-side transaction verification, and paid access controls are not yet active. The current launch route does not take payment; it routes interested clients to a discovery call.

30-day money-back guarantee. This guarantee will apply to an eligible paid product once paid checkout is active. If you decide the purchased Agreemint product is not right for you, email paul@agreemint.dev within 30 days of purchase and request a refund. Include the order email or transaction reference so we can locate the purchase.

This commercial guarantee does not promise any project or dispute outcome. It also does not remove any consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

For a technical access problem, contact us promptly so we can help. Refund questions are handled through the same support address.

Any mandatory consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, POPIA, or other applicable law remain unaffected. If a future transaction qualifies for a statutory cooling-off or cancellation right, that right will apply in addition to any voluntary guarantee stated at checkout. We will not use these terms to waive a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

6. Use, ownership, and access

Agreemint owns the site, brand, software, and original materials. Subject to these terms and any product-specific notice, a purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the purchased materials for your own business work.

You may not resell, publish, redistribute, sublicense, represent the materials as your own legal advice, or use them to build a competing product. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, unlawful use, or material breach.
